Norwegian Cookies - Kringlas

snowy_landscape kringlas norwegian_cookies

Eva Bravick invites you to join her at the family farm in the beautiful Norwegian countryside near Krokane in Trdal. It is a cold winter afternoon and the snow is softly falling.

After an invigorating afternoon of cross-country skiing, make yourself at home in front of the roaring fire. Eva will serve you hot coffee and delicious kringlas. She will also offer you a variety of Christmas cookies.
Recipe compliments of Georgianne Bravik. All photos compliments of Tormod Holte.
