The FLAD serves as a starting point for teachers and educators looking for foreign language assessments. FLAD users can find information about assessments including the grade and proficiency level for which a test is intended, the skills targeted by a test, information about a test’s development and the publisher’s or developer’s contact information for further inquiries.
